Easy red velvet cookies

Let’s be honest, red velvet anything always suits my palate. Be it decadent cake balls, tasty cupcakes or the traditional cake topped with cream cheese frosting, my mouth begins to water at just the thought.

With Valentine’s Day knocking at the door, our kitchen can never be stocked with too many go-to treat recipes, because it’s true that the way to the heart is through the stomach.

Lucky for us – I’ve found a delicious, and nearly effortless, recipe that can be whipped up when the time is right. The only trick will be stopping yourself at just one.
